mF2C organized its fifth general review meeting in Vilanova i la Geltrù (Spain) on May 22-24th. The meeting was organized by Worldsensing, hosted in the Universitat Politecnica de la Catalunya site, and chaired by UPC and ATOS.
The agenda was mainly focused on finalizing latest details related to the software integration, clarify details for WP5 deliverables under preparation, and find an agreement on next P1 review demonstration and strategy.
For the Project Review in Brussels the following points have been discussed:
- Test and demonstrate initial IT-1 priority Workflows
- Demonstrate use cases within agreed architecture and mF2C Agent functionalities
- Prepare for P1 review
The preliminary agenda and plan for Brussels has been shared, and for each Workpackage a checklist of points to be presented has been described. Additionally for Use Cases the demonstration sequence has been tested, collecting some ideas for improvement.
Then a specific brainstorming session with open questions to think about for next review have been done.
Finally for each workpackage an action plan for coming months and more general project management aspects have been discussed, including periodic reporting.
The next meeting is expected to be held in Cagliari at Engineering premises by end of March 2019
